1. Right click on PC icon on desktop and choose Manage, it'll open a new frame.
2. Right now go to Services &Applications à  Services.
3. You can also open up the same from Administrative Tools ? Computer Management.

Or you can directly open up

1. Right click on Start Menu.
2. In Search box type this command " services.msc"

Turn-off Unneeded Service STEP 2:

Now you can put the unneeded services to MANUAL or DISABLED (Turn-off Unneeded Service). Just double click on any service and select the desired choice in Startup type list box.

NOTE 1: Almost always set the service to MANUAL, certainly never DISABLED (Turn-off Unneeded Service) it, so that anytime Windows needs to start up a service, that they can very easily start and then use it. Should you set any specific service to DISABLED "Turn-off Unneeded Service", Windows is not able to start it and will have some error messages.
